CORONAVIRUS SPECIFIC CONCERNS
- What Are You Doing To Keep Products Safe?
- As a small retailer, our inventory isn’t being handled by a number of people. We’ve sanitized what is currently being stored on our premises and continue to restrict access to a limited number of people. Given the virus is not thought to live on surfaces for more than 1-2 days, we’re also sanitizing products as they go out on deliveries.
- What Are You Doing To Keep Deliveries Safe?
- We’re sanitizing any packaging materials that are being used in getting deliveries ready to go and are ensuring that packages are being picked up and dropped off in safe ways with appropriate distancing protocols between our team and our delivery partners.
- When Will My Package Arrive?
- Unfortunately, it’s difficult for us to be sure about exact delivery windows and dates. Our shipping fulfillment partner is keeping an eye on every service we use and the relevant updated delivery timelines or suspensions. At this point, we've seen some degree of delivery delay issues with certain shipments and work regularly to keep an eye on deliveries to ensure they're still on track. We're also working closely with customers and shipping services to keep everyone updated and informed. We guarantee there will never be a shipping increase or a cost for cancelling your order over these issues.
- There may be considerable delays in international shipping for a number of countries and suspensions in others, so please reach out to us if you have specific concerns about your delivery and we will do what we can to help you figure it out.
- How Are You Keeping The Style Standard Team Safe?
- Thanks for thinking about us. Our team is mostly remote and working from home at the moment. The members of our team that have interactions with your products are all getting their temperatures checked regularly and are ensuring their hands are washed and sanitized on a regular basis. Beyond that, we’ve also invested heavily into essential oils and whiskey and are hoping either of the two might help. At the very least, we’ll smell and feel good.

- Where Do Your Products Come From?
- Our products are currently curated from companies that we believe have great products at affordable rates. We work with brands in the US, Australia, and suppliers in Hong Kong and Mainland China who produce our own products. Most products are shipped from our location in Hong Kong, though some ship directly from suppliers or brands in certain cases.
- How Are The Products Curated?
- After years of research, trial and error, and experience, we searched for products that help solve problems that men face around the world. The goal is to provide a limited selection of products that will make your life easy and look good for a long time. We've found our products through personal connections to brands, extended research around the world, and recommendations from professionals in the relevant industries.
- What if I need to return something?
- Please get in touch with us if the products you’ve received have any issues, shipping damage, or there’s just something wrong. We have a 30 day return window and will work with you to figure out how to make things right.
- Where Do You Ship?
- Style Standard ships around the world. As long as a package can reach you, we can ship to you!
- How Long Does Shipping Take?
- Please see the table below for a rough estimate on shipping times. Shipping time also depends on the courier and method selected at checkout. At present, we offer free standard shipping to Hong Kong and Oceania and flat rate shipping to the rest of the world.

- What Does Shipping Cost?
- Orders in Hong Kong and Oceania can choose between free standard shipping and expedited shipping for $25USD; orders over 1Kg or that contain liquids are charged at a flat rate of $15USD due to carrier regulations. Orders to any other part of the world are charged at $10USD for standard shipping, $20USD for orders over 1Kg or containing liquids, and $30USD for expedited shipping. Global orders over $100USD ship for free.
